No. They bring the code on a printed coupon or on their phone, and you scan it with yours. To join a stamp or point card, they scan its join QR code at your counter and keep the card on their phone.

A code for each customer works once, even when two tills scan it at the same moment. One code for everyone works until the coupon's limit, if you set one.

A percentage or an amount off, a maximum discount, a minimum purchase, a product the purchase must include, a number of redemptions, and the days it runs.

It proposes new or changed coupons and cards, more codes and designs, and nothing changes until you approve. It never redeems a code or records a visit; you do that at the counter.

Yes. Describe a card, a flyer, a poster or a post for social media, and the assistant designs it with the coupon's own terms and code, then reads the code back from the design to check that it scans. When each customer has a code of their own, each code prints on its own card, many to a sheet.

No. The AI runs at Anthropic, on Cloudflare's servers or at a model host we name, and none of them trains a model on what you put in.

Yes. Deleting your account in Settings erases everything in it at once; backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
